At City Swag USA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help make the return process simple and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Original tags and accessories must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn, used, washed, or damaged items

  • Products missing original tags or packaging

  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be sent back by mail using the return instructions provided by our support team.

  • Return shipping is free

  • No restocking fees apply

  • No hidden return charges will be deducted from your refund

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our team

  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging

  4. Ship the item using the provided return instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Exchanges

At this time, City Swag USA does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) on the same business day the order was placed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
